1. I love a cup of tea 

 The ritual; waiting for the kettle to boil, making it and taking the time ti sip it slowly, it’ s a major micro-pleasure. My secret? Use a china cup, makes tea taste better.

2. Keeping a notebook

Is it just me that thinks notebooks are amazing? You might think about getting one along with this blog to collect your own micro-pleasures along the way.

3. Wearing a chunky cocktail ring on glowing skin

I slip a chunky cocktail ring on my first finger even when I’ m doing something as simple as writing or drawing. It gives me a huge dose of joy.

4. knowing your about to find newness

Take a flight with my best friends looking forward to spending time together hunting the “new”.
